Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number and photos when applicable. We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, check around your property and with household members or neighbors. You should also contact the carrier. If it still cannot be located, contact us for assistance.
